1. Legal Name

2. Delivery & Freight Charges

·         Standard delivery fee: $19 Nationwide per order.

·         Free Shipping on orders over $200.

·         Additional freight charges may apply for bulky or heavy items. If this applies to your order, we will contact you.

3. Delivery Timeframes

·         For in-stock items, delivery is typically 1–2 business days to most capital cities.

·         Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

·         Any expected delays will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

4. Warranty Policy

·         IT Today provides a 12-month warranty on all products unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

·         Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

·         The cost of returning goods to IT Today is the customer’s responsibility.

·         The cost of returning goods back to the customer after warranty service is covered by IT Today.

·         A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained from our customer service team prior to returning any goods.

·         Warranty is void if the product has been mishandled, modified, or tampered with by unauthorised personnel.

·         The removal or alteration of factory seals, serial numbers, or warranty stickers will also void warranty coverage.

5. Title & Ownership

·         Ownership of products remains with IT Today until full payment is received in cleared funds.

·         Title will transfer to the customer only once all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
